Your words stay yours
A reflection practice only works if you can be honest inside it. Honesty needs a safe container. This page says plainly what we keep, what we never keep, and how to leave.
What we store
Your email, a hashed password (we never see or store the password itself), your role choices, your portable guide, and your generated reflection. The guide and reflection stay in your account so you can return to them. That is the product.
If you choose reminders by WhatsApp or SMS, we store the phone number you gave us. It is used for the weekly nudge you asked for, and for nothing else.
If you subscribe to updates, we store the email you gave us for that single purpose. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe, and asking at hello@innersynk.com removes it immediately.
What we throw away
The raw answers you type at signup (your situation and what you are feeling) are used once, to build your plan. As soon as your reflection is generated, we delete them from our records. Your own guide keeps your words; we keep no second copy.
The AI step
Your reflection is generated by an AI model. What we send it: your chosen role, your situation, your feeling, and your value. What we never send it: your name, email, or phone number. The model sees an anonymous moment, never a person.
What we never do
No advertising trackers. No analytics scripts watching you read. No selling or sharing your data with anyone. No feed, no streaks, no dopamine loops. InnerSynk exists to give attention back to your life, and that starts with not harvesting it here.
Leaving
Email hello@innersynk.com from your account address and ask for deletion. Everything tied to your account is removed. No questions, no retention tricks, no exit survey.
