The practice
This is not therapy, diagnosis, or advice. It is a structured reflection practice that helps you see your roles, your values, and your next step more clearly. You are free to accept or reject any reflection it offers.
Start with one role
You already live as several people at once. Parent, partner, founder, friend, caregiver, creator, community member, and simply yourself. A life is lived through roles, and each one can be thriving or quietly starving while the others carry on. The roles are spirals, radiating from Self outward to World, and welfare means keeping all of them above the waterline; the full map is here.
The practice starts with one question, once a week:
Which role feels most alive, heavy, or stuck this week?
Look through the ARC-MAP-K lens
Five dimensions, each with one honest question. You take the role you chose and walk it through them.
Awareness · What is actually happening?
What feels alive in this role right now? What feels stuck?
Reframe · What other perspective could be true?
What story are you telling yourself? What might be a kinder or more accurate version?
Coherence · Are values and actions aligned?
Are your actions in this role matching the person you want to be?
MAP · What pattern keeps repeating?
Have you seen this before? Where else does it show up?
Kindness · Can you look at this without shame?
If a dear friend were in this situation, what would you say to them?
The sequence that protects your judgment
Most AI gives you answers too early. A study of 1,000 learners by Hamsa Bastani and colleagues (PNAS, 2025) found the same model reduced learning by 17% when it answered first, and improved it by 127% when it asked questions instead. The order matters more than the intelligence.
You generate first
Before any reflection comes back, you write your own best explanation of what is happening. This protects your autonomy.
AI reflects and reframes
Its job is to mirror, never to solve. What it heard, the value underneath, one honest reframe, one possible blind spot. Then it asks: does this feel true, partly true, or off?
You decide
Accept, reject, or hold in suspension. Every decision is a development step. The authority stays with you.
End with one small action
Every session closes with one concrete action within 48 hours, chosen by you, aligned with your values. Send one honest message, schedule the conversation you keep postponing, block an hour for deep work, or simply rest without guilt.
What is one small action that would reduce entropy and increase coherence?
Keep a rhythm, skip the heroics
A few minutes repeatedly create more change than one dramatic retreat. The practice is a return, never an intensity.
Weekly · One role, one layer, one action.
Monthly · Review all roles. Compare with curiosity, never judgment.
Quarterly · Look at the long arc and realign.
The practice travels with you
The whole framework runs anywhere you already think with AI. Your portable guide works as a Claude Project or Skill, a Gemini Gem, a set of ChatGPT custom instructions, or simply a prompt you paste at the start of a conversation. InnerSynk is designed to make you need it less over time, so the method leaves with you on day one.
Free to use, share, and adapt. The full practice is one file with all four rhythms (weekly, pulse, monthly, quarterly) and a memory system that works in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any AI; the custom instructions make any AI a standing thinking partner, with the evidence for every rule included; the weekly protocol is the short version. Working in Claude Code? The same practice is also packaged as an installable skill.
Your first session takes a few minutes. You answer four questions about one role, and you receive a personalized reflection plus a portable guide you can keep using with whichever AI you already trust.
